No. Walk-ins are always welcome during clinic hours. However, booking an appointment helps reduce your wait time.
2. What services do you offer?
We provide Urgent Care, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, Minor Procedures, and Telehealth consultations. Visit our Services page for full details.
3. What are your clinic hours?
We’re open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
4. What do I need to bring to my visit?
Please bring a valid ID and any previous medical records, prescriptions, or referral letters if available.
5. Do you offer telehealth or virtual consultations?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth appointments via Zoom and WhatsApp for both new and existing patients.
6. Can children be seen at Medi Connect?
Yes! We provide care for patients of all ages, including children.
7. How much does a consultation cost?
General consultations start at JMD $3,500. Additional procedures or tests may carry separate charges.
8. Do you perform minor procedures?
Yes, we offer treatment for wounds, abscess drainage, joint injections, suturing, and more.
